There are many systems available in this market, we specialise in a heavy duty underground system from "Came". This set-up is by far the neatest way to automate your gates with only the box lids and arm visible. The set-up can swing up to 180 degrees if needed. The system has many features available and is ultra reliable.

All our gates are made to order. By manufacturing in this way we can achieve the perfect fit and spec for what is needed, whereas 90% of gates sold online are made at a set size which always means further on-site modification, incurring additional unwanted cost.

Gates range from a small side entrance garden gate to large entrance gates. We manufacture and install driveway gates, sliding gates, swing gates, cantilever gates and bi-folding gates to name but a few, all with automation options where required.

All of our automation installs are done from start to finish, we can cater for swing of sliding installs.

Fabrication

Over the years we have done countless installs. Many of which have the need for brickwork. We have an excellent bricklayer allowing us to complete the job from start to finish with no need to use anyone else.  

We generally like to overkill everything on our installs, on our piers we set in a large steel within an 800mm deep foundation, building around the steel and filling with concrete once built. Some pics below to show examples of piers and brickwork we do.

All our fabrication is done in our unit, everything is fabricated to order for you. Over the years we have realised it is nice to see them being made so customers can come and visit the unit whilst their items are being fabricated. This is a nice personal touch and you can see the items are different stages through the process.

Piers

All our railings are made to order. Unlike most online companies selling railings in a kit form with nuts, bolts and base plates. We can supply railings in kit form if you wish to install but pride ourselves on how we work our railings. Every job is different, with height, length, spacing and design being bespoke to your requirement. By working out each job separately you can achieve an amazing look, with no uneven spaces or gaps.

When we set out a railing spec, each job will have varying spaces, making the installation bespoke, enabling us to deliver the best possible finish. Iron railings will be welded on the premises for a far more stable solution than with nuts and bolts for fixing.

For wall top railings we fix into the brickwork by diamond drilling a core out and then setting into the wall for maximum stability. Combined with the welding of the railings together this gives the best possible finish to any job, as illustrated in the pictures below.
